CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% of service cancellation fee for all cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, will be collected. 100% of service will be charged for all NO-SHOWS!! We ask that your time, and the provider’s time, as well as schedule, be respected; as everything we do is for our amazing clients. If you no-show twice, you will be banned from booking online. Deposits are non-refundable. You must rebook within 72 hours to rebook using the same deposit or it is forfeited. After a second rebooking, you forfeit the deposit and a new deposit will be required for booking. We ask that you fill out all forms prior to your appointment as we like to review your responses before we see you so that we know what we are working with. If you have trouble filling out any forms, please contact us for assistance. Any forms not filled out within time, will result in you losing time for your treatment, as you will be required to fill it out prior to commencing your service. We ask that you show up to your appointment on time. If you are 15 minutes late or more, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. Please be mindful of the other clients that are scheduled after you. After 2 consecutive latenesses, you will be required to pay the full amount for all services booked.
